Ticket Prices at the Park Ticket Offices - Entry to the Safari area is allowed only once.
Coupons printed from the web or photocopied will not be accepted.
Only coupons distributed in the current season by authorized partners are valid.
The official information regarding tariffs, calendar, and opening hours of the Park are those listed on our website and our FB page. The management does not assume responsibility for incorrect information provided by other sources.
All offers are not cumulative with other promotions. All offers are non-cumulative with other promotions. The management reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend agreements and prices without notice, and without this constituting grounds for complaint.
Ticket
The ticket includes access to the Safari area and the pedestrian area. The Safari is a 4 km route where you can get up close to giraffes, hippos, lions, tigers, zebras, and many other wild animals; in the pedestrian area, you can instead get to know chimpanzees, siamangs, lemurs, wallabies, reptiles, aquarium, and much more.
Also included in the ticket are all the recreational/educational appointments within the pedestrian area and the Comicandò show under the Park’s canopy.

Guests with disabilities can access the Safari area with their own vehicle or with the Park’s train equipped with a wheelchair ramp.
The route in the pedestrian area has no barriers, except for the observation towers.
All bathrooms are equipped with special facilities.

The Pedestrian Area opens at 11:00 AM.
During the season, the calendar may be subject to changes, so it is recommended to always check the website on the days leading up to your visit to the Park.
